Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment, allowing us the opportunity to accommodate another client. To assist, we do send a reminder text 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment allowing time to make any necessary changes. Any Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service which will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
No-show Policy
In the case of a no-show, 100% of the scheduled service cost will be automatically deducted from the saved payment method.
Booking Policy
To complete and secure your appointment, all online bookings now require credit or debit card details. Please note that we do not take a deposit or charge your card unless a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice in line with our cancellation policy. Your booking will remain unconfirmed until you have provided your payment details. Bookings will be held for 10 minutes and will be automatically cancelled if details are not entered within this timeframe.
Refund Policy
Eye Envie Lash & Co. does not offer refunds on any service. If any issues do occur within 48hrs from your service or you experience your eyelashes or brows are not up to standard, please don't hesitate to get in contact as we will be more than happy to rectify or fix any issues complimentary.
A complimentary service will only be given after careful consideration of the issue where the issue is deemed fair by the lash artist. Severe Eyelash extension loss can result in the incorrect after care not being followed and Eye Envie Lash & Co. will not be responsible or offer any complimentary service for any client not following the correct aftercare given, therefore an infill fee will incur.
